This week, we’re going to give a nod to our friendly technology customer service specialists, otherwise known as “tech support“. Some of these may be old, but the principles still apply. Can we blame them for being frustrated and irate when they have to deal with issues like these?
Oh the joys of the beginnings of email communication. Here’s one from when people first started using email.
Tech support: How may I help you?
Customer: I’m writing my first e-mail.
Tech support: OK, and what seems to be the problem?
Customer: Well, I have the letter “a” in the address, but how do I get the circle around it?

Tech support: Do you have a color printer?
Customer: Aaaah………………..thank you.
