Parents are expected to be active participants in their children’s education, and a certain family was no exception. They gladly helped their sixth-grade son, Jake, on every homework assignment.
One day after school, Jake ran into the house waving his graded homework assignment over his head.
“Mom, I have great news!” he exclaimed.
“What happened?” asked his mother.
“There were only three mistakes on my history homework,” he announced. “You made one, Dad made one and I made one!”
